Patient Meal Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Patient Meal Supervisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Patient Meal Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of staff to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen
* Supervise the preparation and serving of patient meals
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
* Monitor and record data for HACCP and Environmental Health
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role or in a large-scale catering environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Working Hours:
* 19 hours per week
* 13:45-19:45 weekdays and 13:45-19:45 weekends
Shift Pattern:
* 7 days on/7 days off
Additional Information:
* Applicants must be available to cover all shifts within the department between the hours of 7.00am – 7.45pm
