We are seeking an experienced Reputation Enhancement Specialist to join our team at South Lanarkshire Leisure & Culture Ltd. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and public image.

In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager and the Business Development Department to develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's objectives. You will also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to promote the company's initiatives and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £39,235 - £40,093 per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and public image.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Manager and the Business Development Department to align communication strategies with company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to promote the company's initiatives and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to communication activities.
