About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our Waking Night Team at Salutem Academy.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our students, promoting dignity and respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intimate personal care, where required, following robust care plans and protocols.
  • Deliver delegated health care tasks, including the administration of medication, at a person-centred level.
  • Safeguard the health and wellbeing and safety of our students, reporting any concerns in line with Salutem and Beaumont College policies and procedures.
  • Support students to participate in college and community life, promoting accessible strategies, inclusivity, and social models of disability.
  • Develop skills and demonstrate effective communication to ensure that we understand the needs of our students, families, and colleagues.
