About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Milestones Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and/or supported living requirements to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, cooking, and housework
  • Encourage independence, choice, and involvement in community activities
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to promote active participation and engagement
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships with individuals

Requirements
  • At least 6 months' experience as a Support Worker or equivalent
  • Full valid British driving licence (manual gear)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and individuals
  • Kind and caring attitude, with a proactive approach and willingness to be flexible
