Clinical Lead Eating Disorders Specialist

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, a leading healthcare provider in the county, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join its specialist services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a leading role in the medical assessment of patients with eating disorders, offering suitable advice and liaising with colleagues to manage physical complications. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to appraise own performance, and find creative solutions to problems.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £120,000 per annum, along with a generous relocation package, 90% of schools rated good or outstanding by Ofsted, and a lease car scheme/cycle to work scheme. We also provide free on-site car parking and electric car charging points, as well as attendance at a bi-annual Medical Development Day.
About the Role
- To lead and develop the Eating Disorders service, ensuring high-quality care and staff morale.
- To take a leading role in medical assessment of patients with eating disorders and offer them suitable advice by ordering necessary investigations and to liaise with colleagues in order to manage physical complications of the eating disorder patients.
- Offer Psychiatric and Medical Risk assessment and Management to Eating Disorder Patients.
