As a Community Care Worker with Network Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

The salary for this position is approximately £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Community Care Worker, you will be working within the community, providing support to individuals with varying needs. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with personal care, fluid, nutrition, and medication. You will also be expected to work with individuals who have dementia, end-of-life care, or other complex needs. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.
