Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing menus that showcase local, seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that highlight the best of Scottish produce
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and service
* Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food and service

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef in a rosette-standard kitchen
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team
* Creativity and flair in menu development and presentation
* Passion for local, seasonal ingredients and exceptional food
