Management Accountant

We are a local accountancy recruitment specialist, and we are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Management Accountant for a fantastic logistics business in Dudley.
This role is suited for anyone who is part-qualified or actively studying for an accounts qualification. The company is growing fast, and has plenty of progression routes for studying candidates.
Main DutiesAs a Management Accountant, your main duties will include:
- Producing management accounts and commercial analysis reports
- Reviewing operational income and expenditure, and ensuring accuracy of monthly reporting
- Monitoring performance indicators and working with Commercial Accountants to produce performance reports for quarterly reviews
- Identifying opportunities to improve cost management and working with the team to implement changes
This role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two from home. The company has a great culture, fantastic benefits, and a wider finance team to get involved with and learn from.
What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can liaise and communicate with both senior management and people from a non-finance background. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset, strong organisational skills, and a "can do" approach with strong initiative and drive.
