Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Planning and Development business unit, you will be responsible for contributing to concept studies, leading to planning applications, technical approval submissions, and construction issues. You will work on various development projects across all sectors and clients, ensuring tasks are delivered to budget, programme, technical standards, and legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a postgraduate degree (or equivalent) experience and working towards Chartership or have equivalent experience and responsibility. You should also possess knowledge of highway design, drainage strategy and design, flood risk assessment and management, utility design and planning, as well as an understanding of construction design stages and procedures. Familiarity with relevant software such as Info Drainage, Micro Drainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or PDS is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, awareness of current technical and planning guidance on climate change and sustainability, and the ability to use relevant software including Info Drainage, Micro Drainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or PDS.
