Salary and Benefits

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for producing engineering designs throughout the project lifecycle, spanning planning applications, detailed designs of drainage, highways, public realm, SUDS, and building drainage for major infrastructure and various developments. Your primary focus will be on devising practical and inventive design solutions for complex technical and environmental puzzles of land development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must have a HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering, background in consultancy or private sector development with experience in residential projects, proficiency in preparing highway and drainage designs for private and adoptable works, skill in producing technical drawings for tender and construction purposes using 3D modeling software like AutoCAD, familiarity with legal, planning, and technical procedures for new developments and regeneration projects, and experience applying design codes and standards such as Manual for Streets and SuDS Manual.
