The Hostel Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the hostel, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.

This role includes:

  • Managing operational targets across various aspects of the hostel, including food and beverage services.
  • Controlling expenditures while maximizing revenue.
  • Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding service.
  • Participating in daily operations, including housekeeping and reception duties.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Understanding of safeguarding practices for vulnerable guests.
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios effectively.
