Job Description:As a Multi Skilled Engineer-Voids, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in void properties to ensure they are ready for new occupants. Your role will involve:
- Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
- Conducting inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance work.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
