Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the Account.
- Supervise specialist sub-contractors and maintain all CBRE and sub-contractor paperwork.
- Implement innovation to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
- Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the site's M&E systems.
- Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management.
- Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a good basic education, good written and spoken English, and basic mathematical skills. Recognised electrical qualifications and mechanical and electrical experience within similar environments are essential. Industry-recognised Data installation qualification and knowledge of other building services are an advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B' or equivalent.
- ACS Commercial & Industrial Gas Safety Approved.
- Working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes.
- Installation of electrical services.
- Fault finding on electrical circuits.
- Risk Assessment trained.
Working Hours: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
