We are currently supporting a primary school in their search for a dedicated teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to engage with enthusiastic primary school students and contribute to their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary school students.
  • Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters independence and confidence among primary school children.
  • Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each child in the primary school setting.
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to facilitate effective learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with primary school students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Contribute to the primary school's inclusive ethos and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of teaching strategies and approaches for supporting primary school students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with primary school students, staff, and parents.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude towards working with primary school children.
