Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management roadmap to improve the team's approach to data sharing and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the wider Insight Team to create and maintain guidelines for curating, publishing, and housekeeping of business intelligence reports and knowledge.
- Act as a day-to-day champion, mentor, and product support for the Insight Team, business colleagues, and agency partner users.
- Raise awareness of the knowledge management platform and support the publication of business intelligence reports to reach the most relevant audience within Tesco.
- Monitor business success and challenges by analyzing usage data and regular feedback.
- Work closely with external platform providers to maintain a reliable user experience and prioritize developments.
- Encourage a community of practice for knowledge management across the Tesco Group.
- Define and maintain user security access groups, permissions, and guidelines to ensure confidential information remains secure.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure processes and platforms comply with agreed standards.
- Stay up-to-date with external market trends in knowledge management, including generative AI capabilities.
- Proven experience in an insight function or a relevant commercial industry.
- Background in knowledge or information management and knowledge management platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multi-functional colleagues.
- Strong storytelling and content curation skills, particularly in digital environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training and workshops.
- A solid grasp of different insight approaches and tools.
