Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to our clients in the Chester-le-Street area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Escort clients to social activities and appointments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS/PVG clearance
  • Right to work in the UK
