Health Surveillance Specialist

Lennox Recruitment Ltd is proud to present this exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Technician to join our client's team. As a key member of the occupational health department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees across various sites.
Responsibilities- Deliver a range of health surveillance services, including audiometric testing, lung function testing, and skin checks.
- Conduct job-specific medicals, such as FLT driver medicals, and perform drug & alcohol screening.
- Previous experience in occupational health or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.
- A full clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
The successful candidate will work predominantly in Norfolk, with occasional travel to other UK sites. A full driving license and ability to work under own initiative are essential.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a generous salary package of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a supportive working environment and opportunities for career advancement.
