We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary SEND Teacher to join our team at Pivot Group Academy, where we believe all children deserve better.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to the individual requirements of our SEND learners. With a focus on developing the whole learner, our curriculum aims to foster a love of learning and promote positive relationships.

As a Primary SEND Teacher at Pivot Group Academy, you will be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, flexibility, and support. We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training opportunities to ensure our staff feel valued and empowered to make a difference in the lives of our students.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and deliver bespoke educational programs that align with the needs and interests of our learners. You will also contribute to the development of our curriculum, ensuring it remains innovative and relevant to the changing needs of our students.

Pivot Group Academy offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is ideal for educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of SEND learners and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and inclusive lesson plans for SEND learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative educational programs
