About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at the University of Central Lancashire. As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in operationalising our marketing and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead integrated, digital-first campaigns that support UK student recruitment and reflect our brand's identity, values, and goals.
  • Ensure all campaigns and content adhere to our brand guidelines, acting as the go-to expert for brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work with other teams across the University to ensure consistency and collaborate on marketing for recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • A first degree or equivalent and a professional marketing qualification would be desirable - or the willingness to work towards this.
  • A proven track record in delivering impactful, insight-led marketing campaigns that support recruitment or engagement goals.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
