Contracts Manager

Combined Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the service and delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts for our clients.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have oversight and support the management of Sub-Contractors, Direct Labour, Stores, Supply Chain Partners, Planners, and Administrators. Your primary objective will be to deliver all contract works in line with client KPI requirements and internal targets while ensuring staff understand their roles and providing adequate resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee KPIs in place with clients
- Record corrective actions, NCRs, and improvements
- Manage applications using internal systems
- Coordinate and manage supply chain, hold progress and performance meetings
- Populate balance scorecards and reports
- Liaise with NIHE management on contract matters
- Support the management of the CFM Team and any People Management activities
- Assist with onboarding of new starts and champion Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A valid UK Driver's License
- Desirable: CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent, previous experience in a Leadership Role, IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft applications
