About the Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and enabling them to live a good life.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals with varying needs.
- Communicate and build relationships with supported individuals to provide individualized care and support.
- Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What You'll Need
- Experience in a care or support role, although not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexibly, including variable shift patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
- Blue Light Card.
