Conference & Events Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, meetings, and events that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify client requirements and expectations for each event
  • Liaise with vendors and exhibitors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event setup, teardown, and follow-up processes
  • Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
  • Conduct morning inspections to ensure event standards are met
  • Assess event success and submit findings

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as an event coordinator
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills
