Conference & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, meetings, and events that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client requirements and expectations for each event
- Liaise with vendors and exhibitors to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event setup, teardown, and follow-up processes
- Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
- Conduct morning inspections to ensure event standards are met
- Assess event success and submit findings
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as an event coordinator
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong vendor management and communication skills
