Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team at DECIEM Beauty Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and perform cycle counts as required
- Ensure store displays are visually appealing and aligned with company directives
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
- Develop and implement action plans to address sales shortfalls or other business challenges
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to set sales targets, develop business plans, and implement promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant business metrics

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store as needed
