Logistics Operations Role

CitySprint is seeking a skilled Operations Controller to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both customer and service centre specific requirements, monitoring jobs through to POD and completion with priority on platinum customers, and taking bookings accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain SLAs for both customer and service centre specific requirements
* Monitor jobs through to POD and completion with priority on platinum customers
* Take bookings accurately and advise clients of our services
* Allocate work to couriers in a fair and transparent manner

About You:
* Experience in an Operations Controller or similar role within a transport, Logistics or FMCG environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively

What We Offer:
* Salary: £30,115.80 per annum
* 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 am-18:00 pm
