About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of real estate residential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of real estate residential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions that align with their goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the real estate and insurance sectors to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance account management, with a strong focus on real estate residential insurance.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate residential insurance market, including key players, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successful new business development within the insurance sector.
