About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and effective individual to join our team as a Classroom Experience Manager in a supportive Secondary School. This role requires a strong ability to manage classroom dynamics and ensure students receive high-quality learning experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Manage classroom environments, ensuring students engage in learning activities and maintain discipline.
- Support students who require additional help, providing encouragement and guidance towards achieving their learning goals.
- Experience in a similar role with secondary school children or in an educational setting.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
- Passion for education and student support.
This role offers a competitive salary package estimated at around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks.
