Job Overview

Job Title: Contract Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and profitable delivery of recruitment services to assigned contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Effectively manage a team, setting targets and objectives to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLA/KPIs.
  • Workforce Planning: Continuously review client needs to ensure adequate resource and skills within the team.
  • Team Development: Onboard new starters, provide performance coaching, and complete PDRs with direct reports.
  • Forecasting and Management of Requirements: Obtain client forecasts, understand local labour markets, and plan recruitment to meet labour pool needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships with clients, understanding their issues, goals, and desires.
  • Compliance and H&S: Ensure activities meet company and client policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Colleague Management, Support and Welfare: Foster a culture of fairness, transparency, and consistency, monitoring conduct, performance, and attendance.
  • Customer Focus: Embed a customer-centric orientation within the team, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Budget Responsibility: Develop the annual budget, monitoring costs to ensure contract profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review standard operating processes and policies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Recording and Reporting: Ensure accurate data recording for KPI and MI reporting.
  • Self Development: Complete PDRs, engage with company communications, and pursue personal development.
