  • Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling prestige vehicles and products in line with dealership trading policies and regulations.
    • Conduct appointments with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Respond to all inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different cars, their features, and characteristics.
    • Guide and educate customers through our wide variety of stock and product options.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention
    • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
    • Negotiate and conclude sales, completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation process.
    • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications and Experience
    • A minimum of three years' sales experience in the automotive industry.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
    • A current and valid UK driver's license.
