Your tasks will include assisting in the production of bid documentation, identifying ways to improve cost management procedures, templates, and products, and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage commissions, develop business opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a professional network of peers and potential clients
  • Assist in the production of bid documentation, identify improvements for cost management procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve client objectives
Requirements:
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services
  • Working towards or full membership of RICS (MRICS), ACostE or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledge of NEC forms of contract beneficial
