Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and kind individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Adult Services. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents in care homes.

About the Role:

  • Work in a variety of care settings, including dementia, respite, and personal care.
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as domestic and kitchen duties.
  • Assist with care shifts, including evening and weekend work.
  • Opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Requirements:

  • Must be registered with Social Care Wales.
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Must be able to obtain a minimum of 3 years' references.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months' UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
