Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the development of our technology function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees, responding to IT-related requests and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Administer and maintain our IT systems, including Microsoft-based systems and other key business systems.
  • Monitor and manage IT requests, coordinate projects, and oversee IT security administration.
  • Collaborate with third-party technology and support providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Develop and maintain our IT knowledge database, sharing best practices and expertise with the team.
  • Support field-based IT Engineers with IT needs, scheduling, and colleague communications.
  • Assist with purchasing IT equipment and managing the procurement process.
  • Provide general help and advice to users, utilizing remote desktop tools.

Requirements

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification in technology, or suitable experience delivering support in a similar technology-driven organisation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, with a foundation-level qualification or above preferred.
  • Experience in IT administration of Microsoft-based systems and other key business systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a demanding stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair systems like Autoflow or Audatex is an advantage.
