Private Equity Growth Strategist

Singulier is a rapidly growing digital transformation consulting firm with a presence in London, Paris, and Munich. We specialize in helping private equity firms and their portfolio companies drive growth and innovation through strategic digital operations.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing team of consultants in the UK market.
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the UK market and its key players. You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Singulier in the UK, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead engagement with key clients and stakeholders in the UK market, including private equity firms and corporates.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants in the UK, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in a strategy consulting firm.
- Established and extensive PE network in the UK.
- Entrepreneurial/business development spirit with strategic and operational abilities.
- Digital skills and knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to a moving environment and a growing team - you will be responsible for recruiting and developing the team.
- Good business knowledge of the UK market.
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy.
- Track record of accurate, high quality work, with strong written and communication skills.
- Excellent commercial abilities.
**Salary:** £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits package includes access to the partnership (equity of the holding company), health insurance, and pension scheme.
