Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet the organisation's recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and excellent communication skills.



About the Role



  • Organise, update, and maintain the ATS, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet the organisation's recruitment needs.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

  • A competitive interim rate of £30-£40 per hour is on offer.
