Job Description

**Job Title:** Childcare Solicitor

**Job Type:** Full Time, Locum

**Industry:** Public Sector, Social Services

**Location:** Remote

We are working with an established council to recruit a Childcare Solicitor to join their team on a full-time, locum basis. This exciting opportunity is for a period of 9 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on all aspects of childcare law, including Deprivation of Liberty Advocacy
  • Advise on children's social care and education matters
  • Draft legal documents

Requirements:

  • 2 years PQE
  • Public authority experience required

Working Arrangements:

  • Outside IR35 basis
  • Competitive rate dependent on experience
