The business is looking for an Energy Manager to join their team, responsible for managing energy-related topics across their estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic energy policy across the estate, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and promote a corporate energy strategy, in line with business needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with facility managers, contract managers, and senior managers to identify and implement energy-saving solutions.
Design and execute energy awareness campaigns to promote sustainability and reduce energy consumption.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide costed initiatives to reduce energy usage, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
Monitor and verify the effectiveness of energy-saving projects, ensuring cost and energy-efficient solutions.
Perform macro energy audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy usage.
Maintain compliance with all relevant energy regulations and industry standards.
Your Profile:
A degree in a relevant field, such as building services engineering, or equivalent experience in energy management.
