About the Opportunity:

Quartzelec Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LV project management, with preference given to those with HV and civils experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of contracts, including cash flow and collections, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Enhance efficiency to improve project performance and profitability.
  • Lead an operational workforce across various disciplines and oversee subcontractors.
  • Maintain health and safety standards on-site and implement measures to protect all parties involved.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate people to work effectively as part of a team. They must hold either an IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Quartzelec Limited offers a competitive benefits package, including autonomy and ownership in your area of expertise.
