Project Manager Job Description:
Quartzelec Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LV project management and excellent leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of contracts, including cash flow and collections, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Enhance efficiency to improve project performance and profitability.
- Lead an operational workforce across various disciplines and oversee subcontractors.
- Maintain health and safety standards on-site and implement measures to protect all parties involved.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in LV project management.
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
- Proven commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Quartzelec Limited offers a competitive benefits package, including autonomy and ownership in your area of expertise.
