About the Role

We're looking for a positive and team-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our site-based customer service team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our students feel at home, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the site-based team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes to improve the student experience.
