The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Nurse to join our team at Wythenshawe Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and providing high-quality patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or operating department practitioner to develop their skills and experience in anaesthetic and recovery nursing. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and colleagues, and contribute to the development of our nursing strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing equipment for surgery, conducting safety checks, and managing surgical instruments and equipment during procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work across multiple surgical specialties and develop your clinical knowledge and skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,383 - £35,573 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career development.
