We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at 100 Princes Street, a stunning hotel in the heart of Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property, working closely with our Maintenance team to ensure that all facilities and equipment are well maintained.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned hotelier business with a reputation for excellence, offering professional training and development opportunities.

A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum reflects the demands of this role, which includes carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks, responding to guest enquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out plumbing, electrical, and furniture repairs
  • Maintaining tools, materials, and sundries used in connection with main duties
  • Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly
