Job Description

As a leading manufacturer with a global presence, we take pride in our commitment to innovation and quality. We are seeking an ambitious Account Co-ordinator to provide exceptional service and support to our customers in our dynamic Daventry office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data, and providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences.
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Organised, reliable, self-motivated, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
