Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Fire compliance program across our client's premises, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and risks are minimized.

Purpose of the Job

  1. To oversee the administration and management of Fire compliance across the client's premises, ensuring full compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  2. To act as the qualified, competent person and principal point of contact on all matters of Fire compliance.
  3. To monitor, report, and advise on Fire risk assessments and ensure that any remedial actions are addressed in a timely manner.
  4. To ensure that a plan of ongoing Fire risk assessments and reviews is carried out at the recommended intervals.

Person Specification

  1. Substantial experience of managing large-scale Fire contracts or other relevant areas, such as construction or property.
  2. Successful track record in the end-to-end management of major Fire contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Fire compliance strategies to minimize risks.
  • Conduct regular Fire risk assessments and reviews.
  • Monitor and report on Fire compliance across the client's premises.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on Fire compliance.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in Fire compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
