Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client's premises are compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Purpose of the Job

  1. To develop and implement a comprehensive Fire compliance program that meets the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  2. To act as the principal point of contact for all Fire compliance matters across the client's portfolio.
  3. To monitor and report on Fire risk assessments and ensure that any remedial actions are addressed in a timely manner.
  4. To provide guidance and support to schools staff on non-Fire statutory compliances.

Person Specification

  1. Substantial experience of managing large-scale Fire contracts or other relevant areas.
  2. Successful track record in the end-to-end management of major Fire contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Fire compliance programs.
