Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Information Security Training and Awareness Specialist. This role will play a critical part in building a security-first culture within Experian, ensuring our people are well-versed in security requirements and exhibiting secure behaviours.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Programmes
Design and deploy global phishing assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to enhance cyber judgement throughout Experian.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with Cyber Threat Intelligence, Regional Information Security Officers, Global Communications, and Business Leaders to ingrain a secure by design mindset through role-based training and awareness.
Stay Up-to-Date with Cybersecurity TrendsResearch and stay current on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and best practices, and communicate them to Regional CEOs and global audiences.
Build a Security-Focused CultureHelp build a security-first culture by developing engaging content to accelerate learning and understanding across the organization.
Requirements- Experience in Cybersecurity
Proven experience in developing strategic Information Security programmes and producing solutions to behaviour-change programmes.
Technical SkillsExperience working with the Agile Methodology and tools to support this way of working, such as JIRA.
Communication SkillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to executive leaders and global staff.
Behaviour ChangeExperience improving measurable behaviour change throughout the regions while building partnerships and communities with a security focus.
