Job Title: Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity awareness programmes to enhance cyber judgement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy global phishing assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve security awareness.
  • Create strategic plans to enhance cyber judgement, focusing on social engineering and building a community of users with a security-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence, Regional Information Security Officers, Global Communications, and Business Leaders to ingrain a secure by design mindset through role-based training and awareness.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, and communicate them to Regional CEOs and global audiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing strategic Information Security programmes and producing solutions to behaviour-change programmes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to executive leaders and global staff.
  • Experience working with the Agile Methodology and tools to support this way of working.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
