About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Year 5 Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who shares our passion for providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students, catering to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress and foster strong relationships within the school community.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and ensure that every student reaches their full potential.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 5.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package including £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
