In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and professional welcome to our office. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, managing meeting rooms, and assisting with client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the correct department
  • Manage meeting rooms using our internal system
  • Assist with client enquiries
  • Monitor the in-house email inbox and forward emails accordingly
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing postal duties
  • Complete general administrative duties as required
  • Provide refreshments for clients
  • Manage office stationery ordering
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
