About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance and targets set. Your key objectives will include:

  • Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Full UK driving licence.
