Join Our Team as a Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation and making a positive impact on our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) with remote and flexible working opportunities. You will work closely with our current team of four and collaborate with stakeholders and the solutions development team to gather requirements, create user stories, and design, test, and deploy business improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Design and implement business improvements using Dynamics 365 and Azure
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:
