Job Title: Buyer/Supply Chain Executive

Indra Park Air is seeking a highly skilled Buyer/Supply Chain Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in maintaining the supply chain, direct and indirect procurement, and associated disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement part supply strategies that meet the needs of internal customers while minimizing transaction, transportation, and working capital costs.
  • Prioritize and act timely to raise purchase orders against demand defined through MRP/LOD, counter shortages, and RFP for direct and indirect procurement.
  • Forge strong relationships with suppliers to promote flexibility, quality, cost reduction, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery through quarterly business reviews with Tier One suppliers.
  • Identify and act on key supply issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data, including MRP system output, requirements forecasting, and supplier performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Working towards or be CIPS qualified.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain environment with sound commercial knowledge.
  • Knowledge of standard costs and formal benchmarking techniques and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders.
